The Great Synod’s Open Borders Debate

The matter of open borders within the Atteran Commonwealth was the issue of great debate today as Prime Minister Christophe Von Silitz, the head of the Crandan delegation brought a motion to “recognise the independent decisions on the issue of open borders, of all primary micronations of the Atteran Commonwealth. Agreement to this motion is to permit the exchange of ideas and diplomatic exchange between the Atteran Commonwealth member micronations and the outside world.”

In response to Prime Minister Von Silitz impassioned motion, Prime Minister Ala ar Din representing the USE delegation on behalf of His Majesty, the Emperor of All the Atterans and All the Atteras, led the charge against Prime Minister Von Silitz by responding, “It is my duty to recognize the wishes of the honorable Prime Minister Von Silitz’s minority view, but the USE is over the issue of open borders for all Atteran Commonwealth member micronations. We do know it is common knowledge that the Intermicronational community as a whole, is not yet ready to entertain the idea of realistic diplomatic exchange. Since the Atteran Commonwealth is now far ahead of the majority of the Intermicronational community in this regard, to allow our micronations the choice to “degrade” themselves and end up as role-playing constructs as we see too often in our hobby would be terribly irresponsible. The Atteran Commonwealth would be held to account if we did not continue our current course, when it has been a success overwhelming success! Our great Emperor brought this matter to the people of the United Solomonic Empire earlier this year, and lo and behold, the fear mongering of those disgraced and exiled former Atteran citizens who chose to be traitors to their former Intermicronational home, began to run rampant. Even in isolated micronations, there were rumors of an Atteran invasion that was supposed to occur in Babkha or some other roleplaying micronation, sometime this year. Of course, Babkha was a former enemy micronation, but it is publicly known that we placed Babkha in a category of “immaturity” along with several others who dabble with the Micras or Geiss Maps. Thus, they are considered “Hands Off” for an indefinite time. They are entertained by their roleplaying aspect, like children playing with building blocks. Who are we to take that from them? They leave us to our devices, we leave them to theirs. If Intermicronational irrevelance is their thing, then allow them to eat spoonfuls of it. We as Great Atterans know better and should work to avoid even the appearance of cooperation with these “wannabe’s”“.  

Prime Minister Von Silitz responded with citing the success of King Artaxian’s efforts earlier this year to venture out into the Intermicronational community. “My dear King Artaxian, who was once your Foreign Minister, had your support for this venture, General Ala ar Din. When he ventured out, he ceded the entire virtual territory of the former Solomonic Empire of Attera to Ocia, introduced himself on behalf of the USE and Cranda to over 50 different micronations with the promise of future diplomatic relations that would be free of internal interference, mutual positive exchanges and no hostility. At home, he had created exciting change in our society where we do not see ourselves as “surrounded on all sides” by hostile forces anymore. It was King Artaxian, along with the full support of His Serene Imperial Highness, Mik’el Tzion I, who I feel has placed all of the Great Atteran Micronations in a position to reap not only diplomatic successes but those of a cultural nature as well. In this new openness, where our culture will be as America’s is to the Macroworld, the Atteran Commonwealth will reap great benefits. Shouldn’t we be able to legally converse with other micronationalists in their own forums? Shouldn’t they have the permission to enter ours?”

In the defense of continued isolationist policies for the Atteran Commonwealth, all of the delegations with the exception of the Barony of Utzen and Lorelei and the Imperial City of Da’artamuun, have sided with the USE. The reasoning behind the Barony of Utzen and Lorelei and the Imperial City of Da’artamuun’s support for Cranda’s bid to open up borders is that they both would be the biggest winners if there was an influx of micronationalists that would visit these areas.

The Barony of Utzen and Lorelei would gain on the cultural and financial side. Prime Minister Gebre Tzion explained in length, “The Barony of Utzen and Lorelei would be able to gain in a major fashion because of our banking and investment practices which are extremely liberal. These practices include, extreme discretion as to whom owns what account or accounts and excellent investment opportunities on our micronational speculation market which you can make great yields based on the outcome of certain situations that occur in the Intermicronational realm. The Barony of Utzen and Lorelei is also the home of the Solomonic Imperial Bank’s printing agency where any micronation can get a design for their currency created, along with the storage for whatever backs that currency. We have a potential for a financial blessing that could spread across the entire Atteran Commonwealth, but there are those among us that are still stuck in an Intermicronational “cold war” that doesn’t exist anymore.”

Supporting the cause of open borders was the Imperial Free City of Da’artamuun’s chief minister, Ras El-Far who asked several questions of the delegates. “I have a few questions that I wish for you to think about before we cast our vote on this item. First, I would ask, what has the Atteran Commonwealth gained by remaining isolated, other than being forgotten? Do we not have a very capable diplomatic corps that can represent our interests in the Intermicronational community? Do we not retain the military ability to completely obliterate anyone who decides to threaten us, or our way of Micronational life? I know what my answers are to these questions, but do not be swayed by Prime Minister Ala ar Din’s hesitation over allowing a beneficial exchange between us and the rest of the world. While the Atteran Commonwealth has blossomed since dealing a decisive blow to the traitors of our past, we should step boldly into the Intermicronational world and shake up the entire Micronational world as our Emperor did along with the Veterans in 1999, when the Rasinate and her allies took the Golden Age of Micronationalism by storm. We should again help end the current dark ages that exist over a large part of the Intermicronational community and give them a new taste of what the new Atteran Commonwealth has to offer. We do not exist as ideas anymore. We are real people representing real micronations, and it is time that we venture out of our comfort zone and bring the world something unique!”

Electoral Campaigns Begin in USE

In the USE, the campaigns of the leading candidates of all of the political parties have begun in major fashion.  The All Attera Party, the Atteran Party for Renewal and the Socialist Party of Great Attera all have had either conventions to determine who will lead their respective parties and run for Prime Minister of the United Solomonic Empire.  General Ala ar Din, our current Prime Minister stepped down as the leader of the All Attera Party to allow for the election of the next party leader, but remains the Prime Minister until 1 December of this year, when a new Prime Minister will be sworn in.  In the All Attera Party, Ras El-Far was the leading candidate for the top spot, but with allegations leveled against him for possible illegal activities outside of the USE tied to the current stand off with the pretender “Suleiman”, has decided to stand aside to face indictment in the Imperial High Court.  The new candidate and party leader for the All Attera Party is Qenyazmatch Dmitri of the House of Tsuverov, a relative unknown but increasingly charismatic politician.  Qenyazmatch Dmitri’s home fief is in Dahlakhia, which is further placing importance in this area of the USE, considering the Dahlakhian Kingdom of Tulsa’s admission into the Atteran Commonwealth.  Qenyazmatch Dmitri has vowed to make further gains for the All Attera Party in the Yezawd Derg.  Recently, due to General Ala ar Din’s popularity in the face of the pretender “Suleiman’s” antics, along with overwhelming interest in the Great Synod which is being held in Q’attera City, His Highness Dmitri has been an avid supporter of Prime Minister Ala ar Din’s policies.  His Highness Dmitri has made it known that he will not only continue what he calls, “The Ala ar Din Success Story” but will use these policies as a foundation for his own initiatives.  His Highness Dmitri, along with the majority of the All Attera Party is nationalist and far right in orientation.

Lady Ute, was elected as the new party leader of the Atteran Party for Renewal, replacing Dejazmatch Shawn of the House of Maggart, who has been a major force for increasing the popularity of the liberal leaning party.  Lady Ute, who hails from West Interland, was instrumental in bringing to light several examples of Ras El-Far’s foreign supporters statements who are spread throughout the Intermicronational community.  While the jury is out on the level of Ras El-Far’s involvement in these foreign micronations, Lady Ute has continued to voice her opposition to the continual domination of the All Attera Party in the USE.  Her public divulgence of these transcripts has been strongly supported by the Atteran Party for Renewal, many citizens have mixed feelings about the political nature of the sudden revelation of these documents.  From the Atteran Party of Renewal’s view, Ras El-Far’s alleged actions state the case for open borders within the USE and the Atteran Commonwealth itself, while dealing a damaging blow to the All Attera Party for perceived, flouting of the law. The All Attera Party continues to firmly state that the actions of Ras El-Far do not constitute a breach of the law, as anyone may have personal friendships throughout the Intermicronational community and the world wide web at large.  The Atteran Party for Renewal is left of center on the political spectrum and advocates open borders with controls on foreign population in the USE and the Atteran Commonwealth nations.

The Socialist Party of Great Attera voted in Pashana Rianthe of the House of Gebre Tzion who has re-ignited the socialist political viewpoint in the USE, does not advocate the abolition of the monarchy, but feels that should the monarchy become a constitutional one, socialist policies could affect the USE in positive ways, as it would bring in more equality for all of the citizens of Great Attera.  The Socialist Party of Great Attera is considered a revamped version of the past Socialist Party of the Imperial Rasinate.  Their policies on the political spectrum are far left, but allow for accommodation for a constitutional monarch with extremely limited powers.  Her Excellency Rianthe originates from the Sa’an Republic, but has made her home in Transattera since January, fulfilling the requirement of 4 months of residency within the USE. 

Update from the Great Synod of the Atteran Nations

The issue of the All Atteran Common Market has been the subject of much debate since the opening of this session.  Prime Minister Wolfhaven of East Interland brought up a template of how the common market should be implimented across the Atteran Commonwealth.  “I feel that the commodoties and resources for the common market should be based on virtual items rather than attempt to bring real world items into our discussion.  While I am no fan of the Micras map, I think that they got one thing right with the creation of goods, where services on a national scale could be implimented.” 

Prime Minister Von Silitz of Cranda opposed the matter by saying, “This smacks of roleplaying, and the Solomonic Kingdom of Cranda along with other conservative members do not want the commonwealth to even go down that road, as the former Solomonic Empire of Attera and the Federation of Imperial Atteran States undertook with their experiment of joining Micras back in the early 2000’s.  What we should do is to create actual services where each micronation can be responsible for and export to the others creating an actual economy.  What I propose is that we look into what our citizens are capable of bringing to the table by first creating a list of online “resources” that we all can trade and exploit.  Legal services, banking services, investment consultation, online sporting events, event organizing, periodicals, and information gathering, are all “resources” that micronations need to survive in the common era.  Each memberstate should encourage their citizens to open businesses in these areas and then all of these businesses could be listed on an “All Atteran Stock Market”.  Once the stock market has become a regular fixture and has gained the necessary support and activity, then we can expand further.”
The majority of the members seem to agree with Prime Minister Von Silitz and have enthusiastically started working on a joint measure to bring into effect the necessary provisions to create an All Atteran Stock Market.

On the issue of the Dahlakhian Kingdom of Tulsa’s admission into the Atteran Commonwealth, the measure passed by the slimest of margins signalling that the USE’s dependencies of East Interland, West Interland, the Sa’an Republic are in agreement that Tulsa should be admitted, but did not help the situation by adding further friction with the pretender “Suleiman”.  In essance, there were two messages that were sent with this vote, which was that while the USE’s component parts were disunified on whether Tulsa should be admitted but they also showed that the Imperial Government does indeed give great autonomy and no interference in the affairs of the associated memberstates.  The consensus with many of the representatives is that while they did not agree with King David’s heavy handed tactics to attempt to force His Majesty, the Emperor’s hand in the matter, that Tulsa should not be left out in the cold.  The results of the vote by memberstate and amount of votes in parenthesis reads as follows:

Upon the conclusion of the vote, each memberstate was permitted to state their official position on the matter of admission and the joint statement from the USE, East Interland and Da’artamuun clearly expressed tacit support for the Dahlakhian Kingdom of Tulsa’s admission, but could not vote for because of the tactics used in gaining independence.  Furthermore, the official line of the USE mentioned that the Dahlakhian Kingdom of Tulsa should not have involved the USE or His Majesty, the Emperor, on the grounds that His Majesty chose to ignore the former Solomonic Empire of Attera, “as it no longer exists despite the claims of a role playing pretender”.  Yet, all of the members who voted to abstain stated that there would be “close relations and massive support for future diplomatic, economic and military ventures” that will be initiated in the near future.

The Great Synod of Atteran Nations, Hall of the Atteran People in Q’attera ICT was the scene of much pomp and circumstance with the third session of the memberstates of the Atteran Commonwealth.  In this session, dignitaries of the micronations that comprised the Atteran Commonwealth arrived in their dress uniforms and their formal attire.  In attendance were the following representatives:

In this first session discussion began with playing of the Imperial Anthem, “Great Attera!” after which the formal oath of allegience to the Emperor of All the Atterans and All the Atteras, Mik’el Tzion I, was taken by all of the members in attendance.  After the oath of allegence, His Majesty, the Emperor outlined the agenda of the session:

1.  To discuss and vote upon full membership for the Dahlakhian Kingdom of Tulsa into the Atteran Commonwealth.
2.  To discuss and vote upon an “All Atteran Common Market” with discussion as to how to impliment and execute such a plan.
3.  To disucss and vote upon a comprehensive pay structure for all citizens of all AtterComm memberstates.
4.  To discuss and vote upon the creation of the Great Atteran Foreign Legion where members in good standing may be granted citizenship within any Full Member AtterComm micronation.
5.  To discuss and vote upon granting all AtterComm micronations the independent choice to determine the status of their borders, with respect to immigration, foreign visitation and Intermicronational trade.
6.  To define and vote upon the status of the former Solomonic Empire of Attera.
7.  To discuss and vote upon the request from the Barony of Utzen and Lorelei to be elavated to Full Member Status with 3 Votes.
8.  To discuss and vote upon a unified diplomatic corps to include financing for the diplomatic corps’ training center.
9.  To discuss and vote upon a unified Atteran Imperial Defense Force.
10.  To discuss and vote upon a budget for the maintenence of the Atteran Commonwealth joint ventures and missions in the Intermicronational community pending the level of agreement on items 2, 4, 3, 8 and 9.
11.  To discuss and bring up items for an agenda for the next session to begin sometime in September 2009.
12.  To conclude the session with the election of the next Head Minister of the Atteran Commonwealth.  (This post may not be held by the Sa’an Republic for the next 5 years.)

Since the arrival of the representatives, there has been talk of a 13th item that may be brought up before the Great Synod, which so far has been an item of great secrecy.  Since coverage of the Great Synod is to be open for the most part, this 13th item can only be discussed in private should there be a three-fifths majority among the members.  We will keep you posted in the event that this should occur.
Many of the citizens of the AtterComm members have expressed great interest in the Atteran Common Market concept which will add greater cooperation throughout the Atteran Nations area.  Another subject of interest is the vote on membership of the newly proclaimed Dahlakhian Kingdom of Tulsa which has already petitioned for membership to the AtterComm a few days ago.  The driving force behind the Tulsan entry into the group of micronations is none other than Her Grace, Katya I, the Grand Duchess of West Interland, the step-daughter of His Majesty, the Emperor who has expressed an interest in expanding the AtterComm to as many micronations as possible.  Since being the youngest member of the Atteran Commonwealth, the Grand Duchess’ opening statement in the Great Synod’s preliminary welcoming speeches went into great length about why she felt that Tulsa should be supported, and why the AtterComm should be viewed as a future group of micronations that are dedicated to doing things in a more positive and fair diplomatic way.  The Grand Duchess was quoted as saying,

“On behalf of the West Interland delegation I bid you all a fond welcome and greetings!  As many of you all know, my government is in full support of the Tulsan entry into the Atteran Commonwealth and I will explain our reasoning here shortly.  I personally feel that as many micronations that desire a more realistic interaction with other micronations should take a look at joining the AtterComm.  I fully support Tulsa’s admission to this august body based on several of my next points. Allow me to explain them in detail.
Yes, we all are essentially “Atteran” micronations, but by being a member state, this does not mean that Great Attera, namely the United Solomonic Empire is out to create a system of “sattelite micronations” similar to how the USSR did to Eastern Europe- in the Macroworld.  What we’re trying to do is bring the to the Intermicronational community a more realistic approach to micronationalism.  Free of the fiction and relations based on the whims of personal friendships, which has again created a clique of micronations that do not treat those outside of the group with fairness.  We in the AtterComm will treat all with fairness, even those who are outside of the AtterComm, provided they act according to Intermicronational law and can respect the ideas, sovereignty and virtual property of others.  Those micronations that have been our enemies in the past, efforts in the positive have been made to rectify all grievences, with the exception of a few isolated incidents, which if given the chance, these grievences too will be addressed in a satisfactorally beneficial and productive manner.  Even now, we are facing the possibilities of dealing with new friends and possible new enemies in the future should the AtterComm decide to open up further, where the Great Atteran peoples will deal with all with diplomacy and God willing, hope to avoid using military options.  With this openess, there must be some kind of accountability in Intermicronational diplomacy which doesn’t exist in most sectors of our hobby.  The Atteran Commonwealth should place emphasis and greater efforts to bring to the Intermicronational community fairness to all, not as we did in the past with the use of military action, threats of using weapons or simple shunning of nations, but through the auspices of diplomatic channels.  Case in point, many of the Intermicronational map agencies, organizations and forums, ect, do not adhere to norms that the Macroworld does.  We are frought with a virtual “elite” that is unfair to those who are either unknown to the rest or those that are not liked.  This is the same type of condition in the Microworld where the Veterans founded the Rasinate and often fought to change things for the better.  Fair diplomacy isn’t based on friendships, but on how a micronation conducts it’s affairs.  All of these areas in the Microworld, namely the map agencies, Intermicronational organizations, certain alliances, “good ole boy” cliques reign supreme once again and those that are not part of them have essentially free reign on one hand, or these “elites” are treating micronations not part of the clique as criminals.  We feel that every micronation should be accountable for its’ actions and if these micronations err in the face of Intermicronational Law, it will be up to the entire group to render judgement and possibly sanctions on the offending micronation, not the self serving desires of a like minded few.  No other Intermicronational body does this, with the exception of the AtterComm.  LOSS, didn’t.  Neither did the LOM.  The Scheheradze Convention, which the AtterComm holds dear, keeps all of our members in check, long after many of the signatory micronations have forgotten that they have signed this most noble of documents.  Then there is the Moratorium Against Offensive Forum Weapons, in which only AtterComm micronations adhere to.  So, in our actions, the AtterComm has not only shown great maturity but restraint in the face of those who wish to do us and our way of life in the Microworld harm, especially with the current threat, the Pretender “Suleiman”.  Ours is a way of true diplomacy, and for that, I am grateful!”

Dahlakhian Kingdom of Tulsa Proclaimed

Today, the Tulsan parliament, now named the Duma of Tulsa has passed it’s first resolution establishing the Dahlakhian Kingdom of Tulsa and has recognized the former Ras Dawit of the house of Rod-Konig as the Dahlakhian King of Tulsa.  King David issued his first set of items for discussion to the Duma which includes the following:

1.         The formal petition for Tulsa’s inclusion as a full member of the Atteran Commonwealth.

2.         To request to the United Solomonic Empire, technical and monetary assistance, to include a web presence on the Atteran-Nations.com website.

3.         For the Duma to begin a constitution convention to draft a viable constitution to govern the new kingdom.

King David who is of Dahlakhian [Native American] decent, assumed control of the former Kingdom of Tulsa last week, which was declared defunct by the former King of Tulsa, Charles the First, for the final time sometime in 2003.  King David’s reasoning for taking control of Tulsa was in response to pretender “Suleiman’s” illegal assumption of control over the now defunct Solomonic Empire of Attera where earlier this year, Johanns fonn Klosso (Robert Belci) relinquished all claims to the disputed area. 

This action has now placed futher pressure on “Suleiman” to do something constructive by either respecting His Majesty, the Emperor’s intellectual property which includes the United Solomonic Empire, all past incarnations of the Atteran state and the entire Atteran Commonwealth or rename his fake micronation. 

Upon the United Solomonic Empire’s decision to annex Cranda and reabsorb the Solomonic Empire of Attera, with Robert Belci’s full knowledge and then subsequently gave independence days later to Cranda, the same action was not applied to the former Solomonic Empire of Attera.

As according to the same edict, the Solomonic Empire of Attera was declared “dead” and fully absorbed into the United Solomonic Empire before “Suleiman” crowned himself and claimed decent from His Majesty, Mik’el Tzion through His daughter, the Crown Princess Jihan. 

For public interest and to fully illustrate the folly of the Pretender “Suleiman”, he as essentially given up all logic and any legitimacy he may have had by adding more damaging falsehoods to his claim of decent by saying that Johanns fonn Klosso “adopted” him.  Furthermore, both individuals claimed that fonn Klosso was the “adopted” son of the minor Crown Princess of Attera. This is an interesting prospect as the Crown Princess is only 12 years of age and the since the Imperial House of Solomon (Square-Makonnen Branch) is a legitimate monarchy, a false lineage had to be constructed by these individuals. 

The defunct Solomonic Empire of Attera for all intents and purposes is a dead Atteran incarnation which was actually taken back from the control of rebellious nobles on 3 January 2006 during the Hannukah Counter Coup, successfully launched against the fonn Klosso regime.  This action essentially restored HSIH Mik’el Tzion’s authority as the Sovereign of All the Atteras and All the Atterans.  Given the that His Majesty, Mik’el Tzion never relinquished His title or throne verbally or in writen form, further illustrates the illegality of “Suleiman’s” attempt at trying to convince other micronations that this pretender is Emperor.  By now, there may be written documents that state otherwise, but these documents are creations of the pretender “Suleiman” who has said that he would make these public.  At anyrate, with this information in the public, further underscores the desperation of the pretender. 

The fact that the Solomonic Empire of Attera was taken back by Atteran citizens is something that “Suleiman” wants to be forgotten, has previously tried to lie about and now continues to act as if this event didn’t occur.  What he would like foreign micronations to believe is that this event was carried out by “double log ins” of HSIH Mik’el Tzion, the actual Emperor. When asked where the Emperor was at the time, all present day Great Atterans know that His Majesty was conducting his duties during Operation Iraqi Freedom in Tel Afar, Iraq, where coincidentally, there were no internet connections at the time, nor are there any at the present.  In addition, all present Great Atterans are all members of the same Army Division that His Majesty, the Emperor is in and thus, can validate this point. 

The people responsible for the Hannukah Counter Coup were Jarvella Harrison-Walker, David Riggitelli and Thomas El-Far, all whom have made public statements supporting their coup d’etat and added proof to their existence in several locations on the internet.  Being that Johanns fonn Klosso gave all of these people citizenship within the Solomonic Empire of Attera during a lull in activity, with no constitutional provisions to outline how to remove the leader of the defunct micronation, these individuals moved in a way which is very similar to how the rebellious nobles attempted to dethrone His Majesty Mik’el Tzion. 

The only difference was that fonn Klosso abdicated and left a vacant throne and allowed the USE to take all that was theirs in the first place.  This singular action is the reason that His Majesty, the Emperor Mik’el Tzion continues with the legal and moral high ground on this issue, and refuses to discuss anything with “Suleiman”.  For to do so, would mean that there is some legitimacy to the pretender.  Another interesting point is that David Riggitelli is the very same Ras Dawit [David], who has taken control of the Kingdom of Tulsa and by doing so, shows in intimate detail that there were obviously no “double log ins” in the past, nor at the current time.  King David, as old Atterans should know is also known as Dabe Harmogedeon an old friend of His Majesty, Emperor Mik’el Tzion and has known him for over 10 years.

King David’s statement on 29 June in the Secret and Secure forum illustrates that there were others who were not mentioned who provided the necessary support in carrying out the counter-coup.  “The Solomonic Empire of Attera is ours!  When His Majesty, the Emperor returns, we can write our own tickets from now on!”, King David exclaimed in elation to the Yezawd Derg when the formal announcement was made by then Prime Minister Harrison-Walker.

The myth that Great Atteran forces used “double log ins” to conquer virtual space has always been used as a means to cover up the incompetence of the conquered in every online conflict that Attera has been a part of.  This continual lie only serves as a method to which enemies of Great Attera can attempt to isolate and label Great Attera as a ”terrorist” micronation, always with limited results and often at the enemy micronation’s own reputation.  Great Attera holds a policy of ignoring the sentiments of other micronations and conducts business in a method of “Do unto others….”

“Suleiman” who is now realizing that the same tactic of theft of intellectual property is being used against him, is now crying foul with his latest “Imperial Missive” to our Sovereign who responded when the e-mail was read to him, “Whatever…let’s get on to the discussion about the upcoming elections for Prime Minister or the transition from absolute monarchy to a constitutional one.”

While most Great Atterans could care less what “Suleiman” does, a few are very interested in the situation between “Suleiman” and King David and are expressing some anger and concern about the issue, at both parties for their “immature” antics at gaining attention over a moot issue.  Of course, there are others that see this situation as an opportunity and could be using the issue for political gain, namely Ras El-Far.  “The pretender “Suleiman” basically assumed control over a micronation that ceased to exist and is continually attempting to assert that he is the “Emperor of the Atterans”” as stated by Ras El-Far current All-Attera Party leader, who maintains that “Suleiman” is lacking in originality and morality. 

Ras El-Far went on to say, “By trying to gain support from friends in other micronational governments, he [”Suleiman”] is attempting to use his former Atteran friends in these other micronations, as if they have some kind of influence over what is Atteran.  He’d be wise to understand that times have changed and we have won.  By virtue of our continual standing, we win.  This guy is trying to rewrite history by conveniently omitting that he was two days late, and a Silver Atterbruuk short in the land grab of a dead micronation.  Go Boomer Sooners!”  Citing Ras El-Far’s sentiment which generally echoes the Nationalist wing of the All-Attera Party, whose members are all of the extremely secretive Order of the Black Eagle, many here in the USE would not be surprised if we all woke up one morning and suddenly there was suddenly massive disturbance throughout the Intermicronational community over this issue.  Given Ras El-Far’s tendencies and his past statements, there is concern that rogue elements of his order could very well create a serious threat to “Suleiman’s” rogue state, and many others as well.  Ras El-Far went on to stress, “These micronations now face a similar action that has occurred to Tulsa, since there are many Atterans who are extremely hard-line and volatile in nature, I may not have the influence to stop what they do.  Remember, you were warned by me first.” 

On the other side of the coin is the majority view that represented by His Majesty, Emperor Mik’el Tzion, who couldn’t care one iota, “If “Suleiman” is Charles Beard, then excellent, it’s good to see that he’s back in the “game”, but Charles knows Us, and that We wouldn’t ever give up Attera, even past incarnations.  Why would anyone who spent as much time with a project as We have give up something that is rightfully His?  So We’re sure that he can understand that and let it be.  If not, then We will allow him to be as he is, for the more notice he places on this situation only works in Our favor anyway.  Besides, all attention is good attention, isn’t it?  So, as far as the new Tulsa, well, that’s just what he gets.  That is IF he is the pretender.”

When asked if His Majesty would help “Suleiman” recover Tulsa from King David if “Suleiman” turned out to be Mr. Beard, His Majesty responded, “He has to ask Us and We might just help him out.  That is IF he is the pretender.  There’s no reason for bad blood, now is there?”
